Summary

As the current Mill Support ACC, I have not only worked hand in hand with our GM and E&I techs, but I have built a trusting relationship with vendors and contractors for any situation that arises. As ACC, I have been responsible for maintaining vital assets in the mill; either first hand or through the GM and E&I techs. Through my role as ACC, I have learned and understand the importance of the "background" aspects of the mill. I believe my experience as an ACC, CITC, mAET, eAET, and operator gives me a deeper insight into the importance of a Shift Leader.
