Summary

I am highly motivated to begin the next chapter of my professional career and move into a level and position that I know I am ready for and can’t wait to show what I am truly capable of. I have unfortunately dealt with numerous medical issues and procedures over the past two years which have hindered my professional and personal growth. I am happy to discuss these issues in more depth if requested. I am very excited to begin the new phase of my life now that I am completely healthy and back to myself again. In all of my previous places of employment, whether it was bartending, training new employees, managing, or coaching, I have always strived to be the one that everybody turns to when they need help. I truly embrace that role and it hurts me whenever I feel as though I have let someone down. When working in any job or position I truly believe in teamwork and never saying the words that is not my job. I enjoy organizing and planning along with my coworkers ways for everyone to be successful and enjoy where they work. When I provide service for a guest, I always try to find something I can do for them that is above and beyond and goes the extra mile and teaching others even little ways that they can do this as well. I love the look on peoples faces and it absolutely makes my day when I do something amazing or unexpected for them or their families, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience will guarantee that they return time and time again to enjoy one of their favorite restaurants with the people they met there. I hope that every guest when talking about the time they spent at the restaurant and how great it was also remember it because it was where they met their friend Dave. In the service industry we do not use the word customer and rightfully so. We call everyone a guest, whether I am bartending or managing or performing any other function. I want every guest that I interact with to feel like they are not a guest because they have been promoted to the level of friend. These are the philosophies I try to live by wether working or in my personal life. Again, I am very excited for this next chapter and to see where it will take me..
