Skills

Positive attitude - I always try to remain positive and bring out the upsides of a situation. I like to keep in mind "No bad days".
Team leadership - I lead by example
implement fairness
rely on my experiences and remain open to ideas. I have the ability to inspire
motivate and support our employees. I strongly believe that happy employees are productive employees. Morale is key to a successful department. Underperforming employees need encouragement and motivation through setting goals
training and guidance. To maintain high performance employees
words of appreciation and praise goes a long way.
Customer service / support - Communication with the customer is very important. I believe the customer should be regularly updated on their unit's repair progress in order for them to make their scheduling process easier. Customers who feel they are being taken care of tend to be returning customers. Customers are the base of the business. Without them
we don't have a business. I believe strongly in positive customer relations and maintaining those relations.
