• Team Lead on 4 different lines since becoming a lead (Chassis 2A, Chassis 2B, Trim 2 and Trim 3).
• Acting supervisor on Trim 2 on several occasions while my supervisor was out on PTO.
• Over the past few months, I have been shadowing my current supervisor Richard Burnham and learning essential administrative duties in preparation of my eventual promotion to the next level.
• Able to set rotations, input data into the 10x10, complete the end of shift pass down, file a safety incident report, coordinate with supporting teams (Quality Control, MES, 12 Volt, Atlas, maintenance, EOL, etc.) to ensure that proper steps are taken in the event of a quality issue, part shortage or mechanical breakdown.
• Able to effectively and efficiently manage the associates in each area and used my positive mindset and approach to work to motivate the associates to perform to the best of their abilities.
• Originally, I became a Team Lead on Chassis 2A under the leadership of Zakk Ly. During my time there I used my vast knowledge of the line to train numerous associates on processes.
