An accomplishment that I'm proud of is maintaining a job at Mod pizza for almost 2 years. In this experience I demonstrated to myself the ability to be consistent and commit to something. I also demonstrated growth as a shy person to work in the front of the restaurant serving customers and working through all the given problems that one could encounter in fast paced food environment.
Ever Since I was young I have always been passionate about cooking I have always been a foodie. Cooking for my family and friends for the first time built my confidence because this was the first thing I was good at. I am especially passionate about world cuisine and tapping into my multi-ethnic background through food mostly including korean and Cajun. I have enjoyed being a part of the PRO START culinary high school classes and competing at a state level the past 2 years.
