• Monitor both Sentence, Conditional Release defendants and Juvenile clients participating in the Electronic Home Monitoring Program.
• Admit and release Electronic Home Monitoring participants to the program as ordered by the court.
• Communicate with Probation/Parole Officers, Court Personnel, Adult Correctional Staff, Public Facility Staff, Judges, Lawyers and Law Clerks, Treatment Facilities and Counselors.
• Document all interactions pertaining to clients cases using electronic offender databases and client monitoring systems- OMS, CSTS, MNCIS, BI, BI Collections.
• Explain and enforce the Rules and Expectations of the Electronic Home Monitoring Program with the adult and juvenile participants, their guardians, Attorneys and employers.
• Write Violation Reports, Discipline Reports, issue DOCCR Warrants.
• Work with clients, Probation and Parole Officers to ensure clients stay compliant.
• Manage a shared case load-making sure all have access to required client information.

I work along side and supervise clients who were court ordered to participate in the Sentence to Service (STS) program. I make sure the crews are meeting expectations while serving their STS duties. Duties include a variety of projects such as mowing and snow removal for city properties. I work with both adult and juvenile crews. I help train new employees by being a Field Training Officer. I help mentor new employees. I am involved with the STEP committee.
