  • (Due to the COVID outbreak, in March 2020 the bank went to remote work, and I remained a remote employee throughout the rest of my time with the bank.)
  • November 2022 I was transferred to CMO as a Business Technology Analyst Supervisor due to decline in the mortgage industry where I managed a team of Technology Analyst.
  • I assisted/guided my new team to learn our new role as system testers for Empower and Seller Digital. I held weekly team meetings, conducted audits, held monthly 1:1’s, while addressing any HR related items and or issues. I ensured attendance logs; accomplishment logs, and check ins were accurate and up to date. I also performed test script execution for Corr/HFA/Assumptions and Subordinations and created scripting for test execution for Corr and HFA. Improved business processes by analyzing and implementing technology solutions. Collaborated with cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of custom software solutions, tailored to specific business needs.   • Prior to my role in CMO, March 2020, I accepted the position of Compliance Supervisor where I was responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions for a team of Compliance reviewers while holding weekly team meetings, sending weekly STAT’s emails, holding monthly 1:1’s and addressing any HR related items and/or employee issues/concerns. Ensured staffs attendance logs, check ins, and appropriate spreadsheets are up to date and accurate. Responsible for keeping procedures updated and compliant while keeping staff informed of changes. Ensure staff met set goals and provided additional training when needed, along with ensuring we were meeting SLA’s while producing quality work. Attend weekly Management meetings, worked closely with peers, handled escalations, and assist with Lender questions and/or concerns.   • Prior to my Compliance Supervisor role, February 2015, I started as a contract worker in the Wholesale Department in 2015 as a Mortgage Loan Purchase Specialist, hired on as a permanent employee in April 2015 where I worked into the role of Mavent Processor. Due to changes in the mortgage industry, I was transferred to the Correspondent Department as a Doc Auditor in March of 2018. In August 2019 I transferred to the HMDA/High Risk Department until March of 2020.
