Notable Contributions:

  • Hosted first ever integrated tabletops with key external suppliers. The four workshops included 104 participants in the US, Puerto Rico, Singapore and China with HPE, Foxconn and Inventec
  • Created and executed the “Playbook” by leading the AMS Crisis Order Redirection “war room” which moved ~30% of standalone orders out of Foxconn Mexico to other locations throughout the globe. Included participating physically in round-the-clock war room at Foxconn Mexico facility until vendor stabilized.

2017-18 Notable Contribution: Optimized Supply Chain Financial Architecture and Global Tax Model FY18 Legal Entity Change - Saved ~$365M:

  • Led overall program including all efforts in obtaining executive sponsorship and approval for this program which size was equivalent to a massive organizational split. Completed this standard 12-month project in a 5-month period.
  • Impacted over 250 Suppliers, six different companies, 15 major functions, and a team consisting of over 300 members.
  • This program changed over 40 IT assets and impacted all regions of HPE. All implemented with zero interruption to Supply Chain Manufacturing and revenues with no adverse financial or HR/Payroll impact across the company.

2016 Notable Contribution – Special Initiative: Converged Systems Strategy Support:

  • In effort to advance senior level expertise, brought in to study the end-to-end value chain with the objective of finding improvements to reduce cycle time and improve customer satisfaction. Led Black Belt that resulted in 75% improvement in cycle time and reduced order escalations from 50% to 10%.

2015 Notable Contribution, Special Initiative: Tax Strategy Divestiture Initiative – Business Transformation:

From a Tax Perspective after the organizational split to HPI and HPE, HPE needed to increase its presence in Puerto Rico. Orchestrated and built-out factories and labs, helping to hire 150 into reconfigured office sites and job.

  • Assessed all changes that could impact the model and provided oversight to Governance process ensuring all collateral and communication was appropriate (i.e., Organizational restructuring, role changes.) Process included assessment, concept approval, and assisting in implementation in accordance with necessary tax requirements.
