Notable Contributions:

• Led Mexico Legislation driven project that saved HPE $50-75M.The project spanned four phases which impacted all regions, functions and Supply Chain systems around the globe. Delivered on time and on budget with no leadership assistance.

• Owned all aspects of the annual Corporate Resilience cycle for 6200 employees, $20M in revenue, 173 suppliers and $18B in annual spend.
• In this cycle the number of resilience assessments increased by 40% and all audits received a “Best in Class” rating with an overall two-point increase in average improvement.
• Accountable for all BCP meetings, Sponsor reviews, face-to-face reviews, stakeholder management, onboarding of new BCP team members, all five phase deliverables, process improvements and metrics.
• Central point of contact for all real incidents, emergency alerts, customer inquiries, corporate tool updates, and SharePoint artifacts including extensive supplier dashboard.

Notable Contributions:

• Hosted first ever integrated tabletops with key external suppliers. The four workshops included 104 participants in the US, Puerto Rico, Singapore and China with HPE, Foxconn and Inventec
• Created and executed the “Playbook” by leading the AMS Crisis Order Redirection “war room” which moved ~30% of standalone orders out of Foxconn Mexico to other locations throughout the globe. Included participating physically in round-the-clock war room at Foxconn Mexico facility until vendor stabilized.

Facilitated and monitored all strategic tax evaluations to ensure all critical topics were covered and tracked appropriately. Acted as Chief of Staff coordinating between Corporate Tax and Supply Chain on every communication and event. Six Sigma Green and Black Belt instructor and Mentor. PMP Mentor.

• Created all collateral for all internal business reviews and external content required for 3rd party auditors (i.e., Accenture, E&Y, PWC) on Corporate Tax initiatives impacting Supply Chain.

2017-18 Notable Contribution: Optimized Supply Chain Financial Architecture and Global Tax Model FY18 Legal Entity Change - Saved ~$365M:

• Led overall program including all efforts in obtaining executive sponsorship and approval for this program which size was equivalent to a massive organizational split. Completed this standard 12-month project in a 5-month period.
• Impacted over 250 Suppliers, six different companies, 15 major functions, and a team consisting of over 300 members.
• This program changed over 40 IT assets and impacted all regions of HPE. All implemented with zero interruption to Supply Chain Manufacturing and revenues with no adverse financial or HR/Payroll impact across the company.

2016 Notable Contribution – Special Initiative: Converged Systems Strategy Support:

• In effort to advance senior level expertise, brought in to study the end-to-end value chain with the objective of finding improvements to reduce cycle time and improve customer satisfaction. Led Black Belt that resulted in 75% improvement in cycle time and reduced order escalations from 50% to 10%.

2015 Notable Contribution, Special Initiative: Tax Strategy Divestiture Initiative – Business Transformation:

From a Tax Perspective after the organizational split to HPI and HPE, HPE needed to increase its presence in Puerto Rico. Orchestrated and built-out factories and labs, helping to hire 150 into reconfigured office sites and job.

• Assessed all changes that could impact the model and provided oversight to Governance process ensuring all collateral and communication was appropriate (i.e., Organizational restructuring, role changes.) Process included assessment, concept approval, and assisting in implementation in accordance with necessary tax requirements.

Two main roles: Owner of Sourcing and Governance leader

• Product-focused strategic role around Storage go-to-market, sourcing, and Supply Chain definition strategy. Developed method of sourcing, creating, and suppling new products. Collaborated with Supply Chain in developing sourcing strategies throughout the entire Supply Chain.
• Ran six main Lean Projects using Six Sigma Methodology.

• Provided Sub-Region portfolio optimization by ensuring all Programs and Projects affiliated to the region were implemented on schedule and within budget.

Aruba Networking Strategic PM with focus on-boarding entire portfolio to be factory integration enabled:

• Led all aspects of top strategic initiative that enabled factory solution enablement of the entire networking portfolio for worldwide fulfillment.
• Oversaw all activities required to set up all 17 existing families slated for value enablement. This resulted in an additional $8 million in revenue and $12 million in revenue out of Singapore alone.

• Business Critical Servers Supply Chain New Product Introduction Manager with focus on Prototyping Facility, Carrier Grade, and Non-Stop business representing all of supply chain.
• Led 15-25 individuals who provided all prototype units and set up database requirements for every production site Worldwide Responsible for all strategic planning and facilitated the introduction of new products.
