Dawn Wagner

In my current position I perform a variety of tasks based on the needs of the department. These tasks include the training of new employees, updating training documentation, quality assurance, reviewing claims in LBL and LBL Rebills, Rebill Triage, Letters, and Itemization. I also assist with answering questions both in our group chat and individually. I am regularly tasked with assigning claims to coworkers. I provide support to my current supervisor and assist with various projects including but not limited to creating a One Note notebook for future trainees, beginning the creation of a comprehensive list of items that require Medical Necessity Review, assisting with the Job Families project, and assisting with the Recognition project.
