I started in the warehouse were I got to experience how another company ran their warehouse. I shipped and received anywhere from corn and soybeans to maintenance equipment. I dove deeper in SAP and learned how their system worked to broaden my horizons on warehouse processes. I was then offered an opportunity to go to the production side and learn how they run their show. I learned many machines, and how to run lines by myself within 2 weeks.

At Maax Spa I was in charge of the warehouse side of things. I loaded and unloaded anything and everything that was in and out of the warehouse. I organized and kept inventory to make shipping and receiving as smooth and easy as possible. I also lead a group of people on the back side of production to ensure that the spa's came out in an amazing condition and packed perfecting to make sure the customers would be satisfied when they received their product.

I started as a machine operator learning as many machines as possible, learning the process, putting in the hours to help the company grow. Doing so I then was given the opportunity the take a lead roll. This meant learning more about the process on how everything was ran but also learned the behind the scenes that operators do not see. I communicated with the company's we worked with to make sure production ran as smooth as possible and to produce the best numbers possible. I pushed myself to work harder than anyone else to grow and make sure my name was shown. Here I learn multiple ways to mange theses teams, run the smoothest and learn/teach on the fly problem solving. I work on 5s, RRN, 5 Why's and CIL. Here I have had more experience on sit down forklifts, double fork forklifts and scissor lifts. I then stepped down to advance my horizons and learn the process of the warehouse side of the company.

I pulled orders that stores put in, unloaded products from the receiving department and loaded trailers in the shipping department. Here I learned how to use an electronic/drivable pallet jack and stand up and sit down forklift.

I worked on the Powder Coat line pulling parts off the line, hanging parts, pulling the parts from the machine floor, and loading trailers with finished product. Doing so taught me the production side of the operations and how team work really came into play.

Working Maintenance here I learned to problem solve in a timely manner while exceeding expectations to do so. I was thrown into something to learn and grow and that is what I did. I tore the lanes apart, tore the machines apart to learn what I was dealing with and taught myself how to fix them when the time came to do so.
