• My Role as Utilities Technician at Pfizer is to Work along side the Pfizer Utilities team with the Day to Day running of the plant , Complete Preventative maintenance and generate work orders for Corrective maintenance should I find any issues and comply with Pfizer training and GMP standards .The equipment monitored and maintained are Chillers ,Cooling towers, Fire alarm systems, House vacuum systems ,RO skids ,Carbon bed filters , and all HVAC systems associated with a cleanroom environment .

• While on site at the Tesla Gigafactory my duties were

- to review equipment specs/locations and as built drawings.

• Attend daily whiteboard meetings and coordinate with contractors and resolve issues from the previous day.
• Walk mechanical equipment that has been installed and inspect the quality of the installation.
• Mark up P&ID drawings and correct issues that are found.
• Prepare completed mechanical equipment and associated components for commissioning start-up.
• Review start up procedure and commence a soft start on equipment
• Ensure BMS is communicating with equipment and carry out commissioning procedure , documenting how the equipment preforms and any changes that were made in the process.
• Prepare commissioning report logging all data for the Test and Balance team.
• Equipment commissioned onsite :

-AHUs

-Dehumidifiers

-Multi split air con units

-Chillers and chilled water pumps

-Reverse osmose systems

-vacuum systems

-Life safety systems - fire suppression/sprinklers/fire alarm and fire

dampers.

• Onsite in the new google data center as part of the DC-OPS team involved in the daily operation and maintenance of the existing data center along with been involved with the mechanical Commissioning of the new Data center being constructed.

• My role with the commissioning team was to attend daily contractor meetings and over see the installation of all mechanical equipment including but not limited to AHUs,Generators ,fire suppression systems and dampers and CRAC hvac systems .
• Once installed my role was to

-Mark up p&id drawings

-Inspect the systems mechanically & electrically for labels/tags and

torque marks on the electrical side.

-Soft start mechanical equipment and do run/stop failure tests to the

specs given to us by the client.

-Run equipment as per normal operation and record data and check

communication with the BMS, then compile all the data and prepare

the package for handover to the client

• My Duties while working for crystal air included leading a team of 5-15 installation engineers while onsite, Overseeing new and existing projects from planning and meeting with the client to first fix right through the commissioning stages to handover
• Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment .
• Being part of a 24 hour emergency call out schedule

• My duties as De-commissioning engineer within Intel's FAB and SUB FAB 24 were to meet with the intel tool owners discuss plans to safely remove the refrigerant gas from the small pot chillers within their tools, Meanwhile following GMP documentation standards and F-Gas requirements while degassing and removing refrigerant oil from small chillers in clean room fab and sub-fab environments.

• Completed my Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprenticeship in 2008 and continued to work with them until 2013.
• My role included

-installing , maintaining and repairing HVAC systems from single split

units to multi vrf systems ,AHUs,pumps and motors.

-Identifying maintenance risks on equipment

-diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults on HVAC systems

-Preforming emergency repairs promptly and efficiently with as little

down time to the customer.
