I just got off the phone with Mrs. Laufer who lives at 2212 Heathrowe. She is an 80 year old woman who was STRESSED that she had a leak and she didn't know what to do about it. Robbie went out there this morning to help confirm that the leak absolutely had nothing to do with us which he did confirm. When I spoke with the customer just now she was raving about how helpful and courteous Robbie was. This little lady was just so impressed with him and his polite and helpful attitude that she said she couldn't believe that someone who worked for the City could be like that. So, I wanted to pass that very positive feedback along so you can share with Robbie.
