Responsible for performing all process paths based on business
needs including picking, stowing, IDRT, and palletize.
As a Learning Ambassador, trained to teach associates on and off
the floor. Trained on the OP, reach-truck, forklift, and tugger and
able train associates on the OP and reach-truck.
Performs consistently well in any process path assigned,
occasionally given tasks or small projects to do for management.
As a backup PA, manage inbound process path's and keep track of team rates. Help keep operations moving for the shift using metrics and volume and constantly make changes as needed.

• Observed each team member to carry out duties and provided constructive criticism.
• Organized evening meetings to set operations for following day and next shift crew.
• Trained staff members to perform inventory management, customer service and maintenance.
• Maintained stock of products and ordered new products when stock was running low.

• Followed verbal and written instructions to properly move and ship products.
• Assembled, sealed, and loaded packages into correct trucks.
• Alerted supervisors and coworkers of hazards and other issues for quick resolutions.
• Removed jams and unblocked conveyor system to maintain flow of goods.
