  • While at Crown Valley Imaging (CVI), I was personally responsible for the Scheduling Team whose responsibilities were to assist patients in scheduling radiological exams
  • Duties included making sure all Schedulers were trained correctly (Trainual; Pryor Learning), were meeting the daily goals presented to them in answering incoming phone calls, scheduling a set number of appointments, following COVID-19 protocol, etc.
  • In supporting the President of the company, I handled HR files, entered timecard information for payroll via ADP, assisted in billing, various errands, staff morale (birthday celebrations and organizing employee lunches), and organized the way the administrative arm of CVI performed
  • It worked with radiologists, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive environment
  • Due to the stage of the coronavirus pandemic, my time at CVI was split due to being furloughed less than 2 months into my tenure.
  • Managed sensitive information discreetly, maintaining strict confidentiality in all aspects of executive support.
