I am a dedicated psychology graduate with a solid foundation in both psychology and sociology. Earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to understanding human behavior, and the motivation behind the behavior, and adversities faced. During my education, I have excelled in understanding research methodologies, data analysis, critical thinking, and an understanding of sociological dynamics in our society. I have a strong passion for helping others as well as understanding the cultural diversity and challenges one faces that can change the entire situation. I am excited for the opportunities to apply my knowledge and skills in diverse settings and continue to use my knowledge gained through experiences and my education to make a difference in the lives of those I have the privilege to support.
I am not employed at this job but I do volunteer on my flextime. This organization is a valuable resource for those who need support such as clothing, food, formula, school supplies and so much more. I've volunteered a couple of times and now that summer is approaching I have much more time to dedicate my time to this organization and supporting my community in the ways I can. During my experience here I have organized the food pantry, which includes dating items as well as separating them depending on the different allergens included.
