Install every aspect of new construction. Coordinate with builder and designer to provide customers dream home in guidelines with engineering and functionality of equipment. Learn other trades codes and work with the trades to make sure everyone is on the same page to complete the project with the least amount of changes to original blueprint. Keep track of progress and order materials needed to keep up with progress on the project. Always stay clean and keep a positive attitude

• Performed troubleshooting on HVAC systems to determine root cause of issues.
• Installed new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings with precision and attention to detail.

Built cabinets to specifications in a high end company, provided cabinets to DC, Maryland and VA. Learned carpentry at every degree, Re-designed numerous courthouses with 4 to 6 piece crown and very detailed craftsmanship.

Built single story and Two story homes in Maryland. Did everything from setting our own trusses, and sheeting the roof, to installing windows and doors. We installed our own hard wood flooring if needed and cabinets. Once the house was ready for punchout I would install all fixtures, door knobs interior and exterior.towel bars toilet paper holders. Whatever it took to complete the project.
