  • In October 2024, I advanced to the role of Dealer Performance Manager. My responsibilities included onboarding accounts, conducting product training, developing dealer performance review strategies, merchandising, upselling, reducing client churn, and prospecting for the sales team. In this capacity, I managed 151 accounts, generating an annual revenue of $3.5 million.
  • Throughout this period, I consistently achieved my targets and adapted as necessary to drive growth of our new product suite. I closely collaborated with both the marketing and service teams to ensure the TrueCar Dealer experience remained superior in the industry. My objective was always to facilitate a smooth transition for clients to these teams after closing deals.
  • Utilized CRM software to track customer interactions and improve follow-up processes.

Business Development Manager

  • In January 2023, I joined the Sales Team as a Business Development Manager. My new territory encompassed all of North Carolina, southwest Virginia, and the northeast corner of Tennessee. I worked under the guidance of Kris Britton, Alex Fernandez, Dominic Dibello, Lisa Hess, and Chapman Best.
  • The focus of my role was to increase revenues and develop new business opportunities. I regularly traveled to visit accounts within my portfolio, adopted new TrueCar Marketing Solutions, and provided training and upselling support to existing clients. During this time, I also supported the team by assisting with existing accounts while we searched for a new Dealer Performance Manager.

  • I began my tenure at the Automotive Software company in April 2022 as a Regional Manager, reporting directly to Jesse Fields and Alex Fernandez. My primary responsibilities included overseeing territories in North Carolina and select regions in northern South Carolina. During this period, our team achieved significant success, marked by excellent client retention and substantial upselling within our portfolio. I consistently met and exceeded my goals and targets.
  • My approach as Regional Manager was proactive and relationship-focused. Each quarter, I made it a priority to connect with every dealer in my territory. Through these regular touchpoints, I celebrated their achievements, provided training for new employees, explored emerging needs, and introduced new products designed to enhance their ongoing success with TrueCar.

  • I was charged with growing and maintaining Automotive accounts in Eastern North and South Carolina for LocaliQ Automotive. I had also been part of an online only dealership launch serving as a consultant during those years. While working through the Covid was a challenge, it offered tremendous growth while only a few vendors continued to go out and visit the dealerships in person, I went for the strategy if they must be out there working so shall I.
