Conducts sales and servicing contacts with customers, sales tames and other interdepartmental resources regarding the implementation of company offered services. This includes, but it not limited to station reviews, firm order service inquiry, due date negotiation, order document preparation, customer statusing, customer training and bill verification.

Coordinates interdepartmental activities as necessary to implement the ordered service in an efficient manner. This may include coordination of interdepartmental implementation meeting to insure installation dates are met, billing is accurate, on time and the customer is completely satisfied.

Identifies and provides status of assigned implementation tasks to Project Manager for implementation.

Handles demand activity such as move, add and change requests from the customer or sales team that are beyond the scope of the business office.

Responsible for routine escalations to resolve service or implementation problems. May include customer and/or company escalations.

Provides support to the sales team and/or Project Managers, including assisting with account planning, sales strategy setting, sales opportunity identification and managing customer expectations as needed.

Ensures repair, installation and billing concerns are properly addressed by their respective departments.

Updates customer information, service orders and correspondence files associated with the above activities.

Develops and maintains a high degree of proficiency and knowledge of internal processes, technology and industry trends.

I worked with the training staff to implement new computer programs to identify addresses in the Florida Keys.

In 2001 I was promoted to Repair Manager and then in 2004, the office closed and I returned to the Customer Service Associate position.
