1.ENSURE QUALITY STAFF OF NURSES AND RESIDENT SERVICE ATTENDANTS BY RECRUITING HIRING, SUPERVISING, EVALUATING, COUNSELING AND IF NECESSARY, TERMINATING TEAM MEMBERS.
2.ENSURE PROCESSING OF NEW AND RETURNING RESIDENTS USING CHECKLIST; NEW ORDERS AND ADL TASK ARE COMPLETED AND COMMUNICATED WITH STAFF CARE TEAM.
3.ENSURE SERVICE CARE PLANS ARE REVIEWED AND UPDATED AS RESIDENT MAY CHANGE IN ADL NEEDS.
4.MONITOR PHYSICIAN ORDERS AND ENSURE CORRECT IMPLEMENTATION.
5. MONITOR LABORATORY AND OTHER TEST RESULTS OF RESIDENT.
6.MONITOR MAR ENSURE MEDICATION AND TREATMENTS ARE ADMINISTERED AS ORDERED.
7.MONITOR SKIN ISSUES AND ADDRESS ANY ISSUES AS NEEDED.
8. MONITOR AND COORDINATE HOME HEALTH SERVICES NOT IN COMMUNITY.
