  • This position requires critical thinking and problem solving skills. This position requires an understanding of prescription drug plans and ability to navigate their complexity. More than a cursory understanding of prescription drugs and their uses is greatly beneficial in this role.
  • As an Escalation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues. You will analyze customer complaints or concerns and determine the best course of action to resolve them. You will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and account management to investigate and address the root cause of customer issues. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to customer service representatives on handling escalated cases in order to achieve first call resolution for our prescription benefit customers. The ability to remain calm and composed while delivering empathy and problem solving, while directing and educating care representatives and our members regarding multiple facets related to their plans is essential. This role requires the intent to create a positive and supportive work environment for customer care representatives and our members. The senior resolution specialist will be responsible for contacting Account Managers and Case Coordinators, when required, in order to achieve timely resolution for our members with regard to plan benefit overrides, mail tags, and other high level customer service duties. Attendance, productivity and continued self-education is expected in this role. Senior Resolution Specialist will use CRMs to access and service member profiles, assist with ordering and updating member information when required. SRT will also show proficiency in tools such as RxCadS1A and AS400 in order to service our members. Familiarity with Salesforce will be learned as needed.

Food preservation for family - freeze, can and dry for 10 years. Volunteered on county relay phone lines to advise residents best USDA practices for canning and preserving. Most successful years was putting up 350 quarts of fruits and vegetables.

While attending Olympic College in pursuit of an Associates Degree in Business Management with a focus to legal office management I achieved grades warranting two time Deans List Accommodations while working full time and carrying a full load - 15 to 18 college credits for semester.
