I started in parts. My job was to order, receive and mirror match parts. From there I moved into repair planning. I would write the car after disassembly in order to try to get a complete and accurate estimate. I dealt with the supplements and the insurance companies. Another responsibility I had was production manager. I would decide which technician would do the job. Handle all the sublets. Set the completion date on each job. Also handle payroll for all the technicians. I have written estimates for th last 18 years. I am proficient in writing in CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating packages.
