Manage the first battery electric vehicle (Mack Medium Duty version) project (roughly $1M budget) by defining project needs, exercising conflict resolution for competing priorities, mitigating risk, and leading daily, cross functional stand-up meetings to implement continuous improvement within the robust, 1-year timeline.

• Define technical goals, identify stakeholder requirements, and develop a time plan that aligns with milestones
• Develop, evaluate, and approve AfterMarket project budget
• Using Agile and Jira, lead daily, cross-functional stand-up meetings that drive outcomes and monitor deliverables established during the developmental milestone
• Monitor project execution by evaluating progress reporting in the sub-group weekly meetings and implement risk mitigation strategies to remain in alignment with production start.
• Organize and lead interdepartmental meetings, to set project milestones, define project tasks, establish program policies and processes, and allocate resources

• Collaborate with theappropriate point of contact in the customer's organization to outline project performance requirements, available capital expenditure, and project timeline
• Evaluate team resources and strategize deliverables necessary to transition the project through each milestone of the project plan
• Construct tasks and delegate to branch Application Engineers, Inside Sales Specialist, and accounting personnel in preparation for each project milestone.

• Performs project management duties during the incorporation of new pneumatic starter configurations, such as adequate scheduling, prioritizing deliverables, execution of strategies and review process feedback
• Lead collaborative meetings involving other engineering disciplines where complex systems and issues are evaluated, organized, and coordinated resulting in a critical path presented to the cross functional teams
• Weekly leadership engagement with engineering department head and stakeholders, using effective interpersonal skills, to ensure accurate quality control
• Utilizes lean six sigma techniques to identify bottlenecks in current procedures/processes while providing corrective actions to mitigate discontinuity in the production process
• Execute leadership engagement by presenting high priority technical issues to Senior Level Executives
• Provide technical assistance when performing criticality determinations for subcomponents
• These determinations are decimated to all NAVAIR sites and used as a basis for establishing maintenance procedures.
