Job Responsibilities

• Overall operation and production of the construction schedules.

• Responsible for placement of crews with required skill set & capability to complete the project.

• Assist project managers with outages, police details and customer requests for projects and maintenance issues.

• Field daily calls pertaining to crews/techs finishing projects and redirecting crews to new assignments throughout the day.

• Handling of crews/techs call outs first thing in the mornings

• 3 times a year perform On Call as a Project Manager for 2 week intervals.

• Assess, optimize and elevate operations to target current and expected demands.
• Maintain a positive and “team first” attitude while encountering changes and customer drawbacks.

• Assisted lineman is the various aspects of Fiber line maintenance & repair.

• Prepared & assembled various line apparatus required for particular work being performed.

• Assist with pulling Fiber Optic Cable.

• Stock trucks with material commonly used on a daily basis.

• Assisted with loading various materials onto trucks and/or trailers.

• Any and all others duties assigned by line supervisor or Lineman.

• Removed and properly disposed of debris to maintain worksite safety.
• Pruned trees and bushes to improve visibility and shapes.
• Cleared pathways of overgrowth, debris and snow to reduce hazards.
