I have been working as an Ophthalmology Technician at Mayo Clinic since September 6, 2022. With the goal of providing the best patient care possible and ensuring that the patient's needs are met, I perform various tests including visual acuity, tonometry, keratometry, refraction, and topography. I am skilled in using advanced equipment such as Pentacam, Atlas 600, Oculus, and ITrace. In addition, I have provided valuable assistance in the Operating Room, Minor Procedure Room, Gonda 15 injection clinic, and during Cross-linking procedures.
Prior to my tenure at Mayo Clinic, I dedicated 24 years of service at Crenlo, LLC.
Responsibilities:
Assist team members in maintaining and improving productivity to meet customer standards.
Training of new team members
Troubleshooting and repairing of paint equipment to minimize downtime.
Ability to learn multiple jobs within the department.
Jobs include: painting, mixing paint, prepping of cabs, transfer table operator, inspection of cabs, and forklift driver.
Able to perform those jobs to cover absenteeism as needed to keep production levels.
Able to perform job with minimum supervision.
Set up and operated machines to create high quality products.
