I grew the accounts while at TitleMax at the first office, I grew the office from a $200,000 office to a $800,000 office. I was then offered another office that needed fixing. I grew that office account from $750,000 to over a million dollar location.
I was also the DDO backup, anytime the DDO was not available I oversaw the district which consisted of 13 offices. I trained General Managers and Store Managers for the entire region.
