Assist patients, working under the direction of the Clinical Team become accustomed to routines and
participating in social/recreational activities. Work with members of the Clinical team to plan daily
activities for children aged 4-17. Assist with activities of daily living such as proper hygiene. Maintain
patient observation and set boundaries on inappropriate behavior, and aided or restrain them to prevent
injury to themselves or others. Assists in admissions and orientation of patients to unit. Established and
maintained therapeutic relationships with patients. Conducted head counts and bed checks every 15
minutes. Record medical and behavioral states or changes of patients every fifteen minutes or less.
Maintained client progress notes and assisted in developing goal-oriented service plans. Supervised
youth recreational activities. Attended Parental Conferences and IEPs. Escorted residents to court,
