At the boba shop, I take customer orders at the register and prepare a variety of items, including Korean rice dogs, refresher drinks, smoothies, milk teas, and popcorn chicken—basically anything on the menu. I always prioritize great customer service, keep tables and the outdoor area clean, and work quickly to keep everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The time that I was a picker I was responsible for locating and collecting items from storage shelves to fulfill customer orders. This includes reading order sheets, scanning product barcodes, and making sure the right items and quantities are picked. Pickers often work in a fast-paced environment and help prepare products for packing and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order fulfillment process.

As a fair security, our responsibility is, helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Duties include monitoring crowds, checking bags or tickets at entrances, guiding people to the right areas, assisting in emergencies, handling lost and found situations, and de-escalating conflicts when needed. You work closely with other staff and law enforcement to ensure everyone enjoys the event safely and respectfully.
