I've been working at Producer's livestock Commission for going on 40 years now and I run a crew of around several people and I task them each day to the strengths their shows me on any given day. If not All the staff shows up for the shift I quickly reset the remaining crew who I believe can take on the missing staff personnel and finish replacing the rest of the employees to their strengths always bringing myself into the process to make everyone happy and feel accomplished in the task set forward for them on these days.Core store ability to make everyone and every costumer enjoyed their experience in Our Company.

Accomplishments
At Producer's livestock Commission I started at the very bottom and within seven months the Boss at that time could see my drive and ambition to learn more to benefit Our Company in positive ways. I was receiving promotions and raises and more responsibilities very quickly. I wanted to learn as much as possible to help Our Company not only grew but satisfied the customer to a very high standard.
