I've always been a hard worker. I'm sure everyone says that but I don't get lazy people when I'm working id rather be working hard on something trying to get things accomplished not lollygagging, watching the clock. Some people don't realize time goes way faster if your concentrating and working hard on something. Last 15 years I've been working 40-50 hrs weeks. I've learned a lot about the business I've been in and think I'd be a good fit. What I don't know I'll learn and try and pick up on how you need it done. I'm good at taking direction I like learning new skills or better ways to do something.
Small three man crew we mainly did clean outs. Took down some trees I was the rope man and clean up man. Use chainsaw a little bit got really good at packing a lot more tree debris in a trailer than expected. Very familiar with all lawn/ landscaping tools. I've always worked outside and prefer it.
I had no experience at first doing epoxy flooring but got the job cuz the boss lost his license and no one on his crew had one so I got a chance with no experience. I learned quick I think I pick up on things quick and can take direction well to get job done the way the boss wants. I learned how to prepare the floors usually big barn floors, a lot of sanding with both big machines and on knees around corners. Moved up to actually applying the epoxy by hand at first and eventually with the big machine.
I'd say was my first real job. We cut lawns commercial and residential. . Included weed whacking, edging, blowing off. We used 60inch deck zero turn stand up mowers. We would also install yards on new houses included preparing the lot with bob cat, tracker and racks. Get rocks out and get dirt chopped up so grass would take. Then I would spray the yard one out of a 750 gallon tank mixed with grass seed, fertilizer, green dye and insulation material to hold moisture. Basically new better way then Hay. Called hydro-seeding. This was up north in Indiana the grass is different up there I haven't really seen anyone doing hydro-seeding down here. Also we would do a landscaping job on the new house we put each yard in. It was a simpler landscaping job and honestly my boss had me basically do same design every house. It was a good job a lot constant work and I was the crew leader the last 3 years there. We had to part ways because I moved down here. But I'm very familiar with all tools required for lawn maintenance. Clean drivers license and can pull a trailer comfortably.
Worked outside my whole life I'm hard worker Motivated, dependable I can be counted on Clean drivers license and comfortable pulling trailer Know how to use all tools required for lawn/tree/landscaping maintenance
