I started in Kensington Mn in 2012 running the water and waste water side of things. O January 1 I started in the city of Long Beach MN. After many call outs toils and troubles i was able to turn things around after 1 year. After hearing complaints, made suggestions that worked. better understood system. After 8 years I decided to take on a bigger challenge and moved to Pelican Rapids After 3 years became Lead with a C water and C wastewater license. As the Lead operator I would lead personal in training, safety, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of most equipment in the facilities. Built and maintained relationships with vendors, suppliers and regulators. Planned and recommended repairs and or replacements for budget purposes. helped implement a work order program with added information for future reference.

Added multiple cities to this position over time to include Comstock, Felton, Bluffton,Wadena (new Hospital), in Minnesota, and Oxbow North Dakota.

Started as line maintenance and moved up to Lead Maintenance Tech after 3 years. Duties include repair overhead robotic cranes, fuel line and ash line conveyors, cold air condensers, tuck wash station, overhead doors, steam boiler, generator among other pieces of equipment. Set up and implemented a maintenance program for the overhead cranes services needed to keep them fully operational. Repaired or replaced chemical feed pumps, hydromatic pumps.

Started as A filler operator filling containers with soy milk. Learning how to run the down line packaging equipment. Help out with batching when needed. Moved over to the maintenance side after two years running the machines started repairing them. Routine maintenance, oil changes, forklift repair palletizer repair. Relocate maintenance shop and set up for easy use for repairs.
