I have worked in the criminal justice field for 36 years. I have held several positions in the Department of Corrections. I started off as an Officer,Sergeant, Lieutenant, Unit Manager, Acting Assistant Superintendent at The State Farm Complex in Goochland County Virginia. I am currently Assistant Superintendent/Lieutenant Colonel at Riverside Regional Jail for the last 3 years.
