I was responsible for maintaining positive impressions for the company I work for.

When a customer walks into the dry cleaners, a representative behind the desk is responsible for making the best first impression possible. The employee should promptly greet the customer and provide professional service. The goal is to keep the customer happy, so she will, or he return, and do repeat business with the company, the employee should arrive at work clean, appropriately, dressed, and with the mindset that the customers needs are a priority.
