• Supervise daily aircraft movements, ensuring timely execution of aircraft tows and gate availability in coordination with Operations
• Work closely with Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance, and Flight Crews to support the daily flight schedule
• Utilize operational systems and tools to monitor gate constraints, aircraft swaps, minimum ground times, weather, and tow considerations
• Communicate operational updates, including gate changes, delays, aircraft swaps, and maintenance impacts
• Ensure on time completion of aircraft moves with the Aircraft Ground Reposition team
• Support irregular operations (IROPs), including weather events, staffing challenges, facility issues, and operational recovery efforts
• Identifying root causes for delays and supporting accurate documentation and reporting
• Monitor staffing levels, evaluate crewmember shift assignments, and adjust coverage to maximize operational efficiency
• Ensure policies and procedures are complainant with JetBlue standards
