Experienced custom residential superintendent with a background in high-end homes, remodels, and ground-up builds. Known for project coordination, quality assurance, and strong client and subcontractor relationships that keep jobs on schedule and inspections moving.
With Munsch I have been able to focus on running all the jobs without doing the projects, These days I've dropped my bags and my only tools I need are my phone and a measuring tape.
I started out with three custom homes and that was pretty steady for the first couple years. This last year I've been working on 5 full custom homes, 2 ground ups and 3 remodels.
My day consists of managing all subs at each site, talking with the customers sometimes daily, coordinating with architects and designers, also calling and passing inspections.
My whole custom residential building career has always been high end clientele. A quick example is a home I finished last year just went on the market for $50M.
Mulvey is where I started my custom home construction career at 21 years old. Progressed from maintaining job sites to overseeing all aspects of projects with my crew. My projects would range from setting all the doors and windows at every new house, making and setting false beams from reclaimed lumber, to building a lighted art showcase for incredible hand-blown glass pieces.
It wasn't always all that glamorous, i had to do everything in between as well. Working for the general we did just about everything such as trenching, plumbing, electrical, framing, insulation, drywall, finish work, cabinets, appliances, tractor work etc...
Directed carpentry crews through framing, trim, and finish work to maintain schedule adherence.
Interpreted blueprints and job specifications to guide accurate field execution.
Coordinated material deliveries and tool readiness to prevent workflow delays.
I have a general contractors B license that has been active for 14 years.
