• Served as a GS-2003-12-1 from January 09th 2025 to September 30th 2025. Managed a 10 million dollar annual budget for 9 overseas Navy fuel stations located in the Indo- Pacific Areas of Operations. Reviewed and approved all supply, equipment, consumable and hazardous material purchases. Initiated and negotiated all major repair and major equipment purchase contracts. Served as the Contract Officer Representative. Managed all budget reporting and coordinated budget adjustments with area comptrollers and each site manager at 9 locations. Prepared periodic budget allocation and balance reports to N38 regional leadership. Supervised a team composed of four senior Naval personnel and Japanese Master Labor Contractors through N38 regional fuel sites supply requisition and budget actions. Managed all N38 regional Navy Enterprise Resource Planning actions. Tour ended earlier than expected (Department of Government Efficiency and DoD cut driven).

Served as a Management And Program Analyst GS-0343-12-1 from March 11th 2024 to August 1st 2024. Conducted military plans and analysis requirements for Camp Zama base commander.

• Directed Naval Aviation Life Cycle Logistics for 12 type-model series aircraft. Compiled and analyzed availability data and state of repair of material, the adequacy of manpower and training related to support missions, and long/short-range planning for 12 type model series Naval Aircraft. Managed aircraft production planning and MRO operations ensuring the timely induction and completion of aircraft overhauls, modifications and in service repairs while ensuring optimal cost, schedule and performance. Closely monitored work progress and material requirements to meet schedule goals. Adjusted work priorities, manpower, material allocation and schedules to production optimize cost schedule and performance. Identified and eliminated deficiencies in the provision of spare parts, repair manuals, test equipment, and support items. Directed MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP procedures and expedited critical aviation supply assets. Advised and briefed FRC senior leaders about schedules, manpower adjustment and production planning and all logistics requirements. Maintained records of production, procurement and budget records and provided reporting to FRC and COMFRC leadership. Coordinated continuous improvement processes that positively affected production workload, shop layouts, quality control and manpower utilization. Identified and eliminated deficiencies in the provision of spare parts, repair manuals, test equipment, and support items. Identified and eliminated deficiencies in manpower and training to ensure unit capability to perform all specified missions. Managed Aircraft Ground Support Equipment Rework Facility operations. Maintained GSE records and Hazardous materials inventory and managed proper Hazardous waste disposal. Provided Quality Assurance guidance and technical interpretation and implementation of procedures in accordance with the requirements listed in the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program. Developed and implemented the Navy's first and only logistical process for the decontamination and reutilization of radiologically contaminated aircraft repairable components and engines. Led the safe, efficient and effective decontamination of all repairable aircraft engines and aircraft reparable components radiologically contaminated during missions in support of OPERATION “TOMADACHI”. Saved the navy 968 million dollars in aircraft engine and component replacement costs and was awarded the Admiral Stan Authur Logistics Excellence Award.
