In my 16 year career at Walmart, I accumulated nearly 1.5 million accident free miles. I have held various positions while at Walmart including, Driver Mentor, Driver Hiring Committee, Accident Review Committee Member in both Marcy, NY and Mebane, NC Distribution Centers and currently serve on a Driver Grassroots Safety Committee in Johnstown, NY.

In 2016 I was one of the first newly appointed drivers awarded the position of Store Ambassador for the new start-up Perishable Distribution Center in Mebane, NC. My duties included collecting data and feedback through GNSR reporting to improve relations between Stores and Transportation Offices.
In 2017, I competed in the North Carolina State Truck Driving Championship. The competition consisted of a skills course as well as a Pre-Trip and Written test. I won First place in the Tanker Division and also won Rookie of the Year for the State of North Carolina. This allowed me to advance and compete in the ATA's National Truck Driving Championship in Orlando Florida placing 10th place Tanker Division that same year.
September 2020, I became a Certified Driver Trainer through the North American Training Management Institute (NATMI). I regularly attend Driver Onboarding Events in Dover, DE. for Walmart, where I evaluate potential new hires and guide them through the hiring process.

Successfully Owned and Operated my Trucking Company for eight years and employed one individual for two years. Leased on to an LTL company and had a P&D/Line Haul Operation in NY. Also had a Flatbed Operation for a short time.
