Senior Design Project:

• Improved the Acura MDX Delay on the production line through incorporated Supply Chain techniques
• Evaluate the current production line by looking at the delay on the production rates, processing time and bottleneck.
• Improve their production line by applying our recommendation to minimize the delays on the production line and recommend production changes using facility planning, Process map and process flow.
• Make a cost benefit analysis to see if our recommendation of purchasing additional robots will be a good investment for the company or not.
• Used simio software to simulate the facility layout for Acura MDX production line based on their process flow chart
• Used simio to reduce the company’s delay and increased production for their model

UI Calculator:

• Coded a user interface calculator using (char/switch/case) math operators and (if/else) statements in C++

Grocery Website:

• Created a grocery website using mapping, tables, and hotlinks in HTML
