Hello my name is Derrell Croes

As a Customer Service Agent I am not only checking in passenger but also following airline and airport regulations, making sure that passengers also follows airlines and airport procedures.


I am an easy going person and enjoy working in teams of people for collaborating in bringing effective decisions. I am self-driven, very effective communicator and listener, able to work under pressure, i am always aiming towards bringing efficiency regarding the process of decision- making.


During my time or in my off days i like listening to classical musics, fishing, swim and love from time to time plane spotting and play musical instruments with family.
