Starting my Health Care Career as a PCA helping the elderly and disable Children with ADL's is were I feel in love with this felid, helping someone in there time of need really made me want to do more. Expanding our team from two caregivers to ten which transition me into a leadership role. Advocating for patient as well as making sure caregiver staff has the tools and resources to be successful when caring for our Clients. Now I am taking it a step further pursuing my nursing career where I can have the first hand knowledge to care for individuals efficiency.
