My Name is Derrick James and I was born in Lafayette, Louisiana. Im the middle child in a family of five children. I have two sisters, one being 8 years old and the other being 22. The rest are my brothers one being 16 years old and the other being 26. I lived in Louisiana for 7 years the move was different at first but it didn't take me long to make friends. Some hobby's that I have of mine is lifting and reading books. I try and lift every weekend because during the week its hard to go to the gym because I have track practice and school work. My interest in reading books recently just became like a everyday thing one day. When reading books it helps me escape reality and every problem I might have at the time. When it comes to weaknesses I would have to have to say they are Being a perfectionist, Being too hard on myself and getting too caught up in small details. But whatever job im placed in I believe in my ability to succeed any task given to me.

My favorite hobby is a combination of playing video games, reading books, and going to the gym. Each of these activities provides me with a unique form of entertainment and personal growth.
