
I have been in the food service industry for 12 years in different capacities. I have pulled frozen foods to be delivered to facilities, to receiving the food deliveries as a dietary aide and cooking for a 120 bed facility. I ultimately have achived one of my goals as a successful culinary director. I am reliable, motivated and quick to learn new skills. I have prior management experience while running 2 different group homes and a assisted living kitchen to successful audit results.
