• In charge of counseling, mentoring, and motivating of 8 to 10 of the 50 cadets., Field Training Trooper 1997, 1998, 1999, 2002, 2009 Training/Leading new troopers’ transition from academy to application of academy teachings in the field. This training consisted of an eight week daily ride along monitoring work activity and safety of newly graduated troopers.
• February 2014 Oklahoma Turnpike Authority Trooper of the Month – Led OHP in the safe return of a kidnapped child., Numerous letters received from the general public for professionalism and assistance with collisions, vehicle issues, and death notifications as well as investigated over 4,000 collisions and made over 1,200 criminal arrests.
• Completed 1297.2 hours of CLEET certifications and Continuing education. Numerous certifications in Advanced Collision Investigations for motor vehicles, motorcycles, and pedestrians. Also includes certificates Basic Instructor Development and Protective Security Operations.
