Meets with managers and executives within the Service to define the overall goals and objectives of the program and project responsibilities.

Develops and maintains a proficient level of expertise, skills and knowledge. Deals with others as needed to promote effectiveness and productivity.

Serves as an analyst and leader for the program area, providing expert assistance and advice on personnel management issues and special assigned projects.

Prepares directives, memorandum, and other written guidelines and recommendations relating to the projects.

Designs and re-designs written documentation, charts and reports to meet program needs.

As a Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Specialist, maintained an inventory of over 500 pieces of HAZMAT equipment valued over $50 million dollars. Quarterly conducted HAZMAT proficiency training to over 720 soldiers in a classroom lecture environment.

As a Combatives Class Instructor, trained classes of 30 students to the US Army standard of proficiency leading to over 600 graduates and 100% pass rate in 2 years.

As a HR supervisor, trained and led a team of 8 HR employees to support an organization of 94 soldiers in staffing, training,and monitoring travel pay.
