  • The Redken Regional Educator (RE) position's primary role will be to increase sales by influencing and developing the skills of salon professionals through Redken educational programs in the assigned region
  • The Redken Educator will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all Redken Haircolor Classes and Product Knowledge Programs where applicable
  • The RE will report directly to the Directors of Education (DOE) and will ensure their technical and facilitation skills are at the highest level The Directors of Education, along with the Education Experience Managers (EEM), will ensure that the REs are targeting the salons mutually agreed upon with the Sales and Distributor Teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with Salon Business Partners (SBPs) to implement education strategies that optimize In-Salon Merchandising Systems (ISMS) and drive new business.
  • Experience with T&E and allocating funds efficiently to ensure business needs are met. As well as allocating funds to cover travel expenses for events such as Gloss Boss, Redken Symposium, RAC, and PPD DEI Initiative Texture of Change to ensure event logistics and budget management
  • Minimum of 7 Prospects per week / 28 per Month based on Monthly Launch Directives or Target Lists
