Began working as a machine Collector/Technician as well as Count Room Assisitant. After a year was promoted into Shop Manager and shortly after to Operations Management. Throughout the time in management many different programs and procedures were developed to help increase and improve upon the companies day to day operations. Along with working with team leadership and human resources aspects of day to day scheduling based upon needs and workload as well as addressing staff performance and policy enforcement.

Worked through General Labor and into primary and secondary punch press operations as well as operating the laser cutting machine. Experience in fork lift operations as well.

Head Line operator for multiple packaging and processing lines. Worked in numerous continuous improvement projects and events to help increase efficiency in plant production. Worked with the training department with new and experienced employees in operations of new and current equipment as well as company procedure changes and standards of quality.

• Operated varied hand and power tools to complete repairs.
• Used problem-solving skills to alleviate issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshot equipment breakdowns and performed preventive maintenance.
• Followed work orders and specifications for machine and equipment replacement, repair, or maintenance.
• Began as Robotics Technician and moved up through the Maintenance Training Program to learn many aspects of maintaining and fabrication of equipment as well as building and facilities maintenance.
