-moving, sorting and loading of packaged products, boxes weighing up to 50 lbs ( team lift)

- entering shipping document and verifying data using computer systems.

- packaging of finished products that are ready to be shipped.

• Using forklift performing job , picking and moving product from point A to Point B
• Packaging product to be ship.
• Storing product to store.

• Open Service Requests and Incident Tickets in the Ticketing Service Desk Tool (ITSM), and Service Now and assign such to the proper support team at the proper priority levels
• Troubleshoot all requests for help received via (phone/email system/ chat/ with a view toward customer support
