In my position as a shift lead, I am in charge of upholding food safety and operational excellence through thorough manager walks, making sure that all cold storage stays below 41°F, and hot food stays above 165°F. Maintaining the store's outside curb appeal, checking product shelf life, and evaluating equipment operation are all under my supervision. In order to guarantee flawless service, I oversee the daily workforce by examining deployment charts, assigning prep duties, and planning lunch and rest breaks. In order to encourage continuous development, I also oversee financial responsibility during opening weekend shifts by examining the vault and safe, balancing cash registers, and sharing performance data from the previous day with my team.

My duties consisted of assisting customers in locating products, and providing product information. Maintaining store presentation by organizing merchandise on the sales floor. Also managing inventory by restocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks.

As a cashier, my duties were accurately taking orders, processing payments, providing excellent service, bagging orders, as well as making fries in the process. My duties also involved making fresh iced coffee in the morning, as well as tea, and making sure they were labeled with the right times. I was also in charge of making sure the ice cream machine was running and setting up the cashier station with sauce, napkins, straws, lids, and cups for the day.

My duties were to provide great customer service, greet customers when they came inside the store, and offer my assistance if they needed a specific shoe size or clothing size. My duties also consist of organizing all the shoes, making sure they are in the right spot, and cleaning the windows.

My duties as a cashier were to provide great customer service, multitask, and be able to switch positions from cashiering to frying items such as fries, star nuggets, and chicken strips, attend to customers in the dining room, as well as keep up with the cleanliness of the store.
