Destiny-Faith Fountain

At the start of my shifts I open up the shop and set up all equipment. I work with an automotive team in order to complete daily tasks such as: Oil changes, battery replacement, battery terminal replacement, tire rotation and balance, tire replacement, flat repairs, sensor replacement, headlight restoration, bulb replacement and other preventative maintenance.

Created pre-shifts before assigning employees to their stations. Throughout the shift I would monitor our speed of service and labor times to meet customer satisfaction and cost. At the end of the night I counted the safe to make sure there were no discrepancies. At the conclusion of each shift I conducted a store walk to ensure the store is well prepared for the next manager and team members.
