Working as a PCT at PAM Health involves providing direct patient care in a rehabilitation care setting. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities such as dressing, feeding, as well as taking vital signs, checking glucose levels, monitoring patient conditions, and reporting changes to the nursing staff. I also help with mobility support, positioning, and transfers, while ensuring patient comfort and safety. My position requires compassionate care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote the health and recovery of patients. Our fast-paced environment also demands attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

• Helped patients maintain personal hygiene through bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance when necessary for dignity preservation.

Working as a SPC I ensured medical instruments and equipment were properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained. I also managed inventory, operated sterilization equipment, and kept detailed records while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
