My first summer I worked I was 14 at design homes. at Design Homes my third summer i was a strategic supervisor with expertise prioritizing projects, planing workflow and managing employees to achieve operational goals. I have always been a hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure entry-level HVACR position. I have Recently got a job at Trane Technologies as an intern in December of 2022. They have since then hired me on as a part time individual to be advanced to full time come April 15th of 2024 as that is when I finish my degree as a HVACR Technician.
